You can refer patients to our partner diagnostic centers (Under the NowServing Connected Care Program) and receive results directly inside your SeriousMD account.
How to Refer a Diagnostic Center
Step 1: Open any patient record
Step 2: Click the + icon
Step 3: Select Test Request
Step 4: Choose from the list of diagnostic centers under the NowServing Connected Care program.
By default, our partner labs will be selected.
Pro Tip:
Encourage your patients to scan the QR code to explore nearby partner facilities. They’ll receive their results directly in the app.
No need to go back to the diagnostic center!
Optional: Add Endorsement Instructions
Before sending the request, you may turn on the Endorsement Instructions option
What does this do?
When enabled:
The request will include instructions for the patient to scan the QR code.
The QR code directs them to view our partner facilities.
This makes it easier for patients to locate and select a partner diagnostic center near them.
What Will Patients See?
If the patient scans the QR code (via web) or opens the app:
They will see a page displaying our partner diagnostic centers along with the digital copy of the lab request
Patients can easily search and find the partner diagnostic center most convenient for their location.
What Happens After the Patient Completes the Test?
Once your patient visits a diagnostic center under the Connected Care program:
You will receive the lab results directly inside your SeriousMD account under Our Partners.
The patient will receive their lab results inside the NowServing app.
The patient will receive points that can be used in their next booking.
Our Partner Facilities
Patients may complete their lab requests at the following diagnostic centers:
Interpath Laboratories and Medical Clinics
Ashrey Diagnostic Center
Exact Check Diagnostic Center
Fullerton Health
These are the only facilities currently eligible for patient rewards.
What About Hi-Precision?
We also have an integration with Hi-Precision Diagnostics, which allows you to receive lab results directly inside your SeriousMD account when patients complete their tests there.
While results will still be available in-platform, patients get a discount instead of points.

1. Can I refer my own diagnostic centers, clinics, or hospitals instead?
Yes, you may edit your preferred labs!

The search function is location-based (Google Maps)
2. The diagnostic center I want to refer to is not on the list. What should I do?
If the diagnostic center does not appear on the list, it may not yet be an official partner facility or may not be searchable via Google Maps.
Please contact our support team and share the name of the center so we can reach out to them to explore a potential partnership and work toward including them in the list.
3. I want to recommend a diagnostic center to be part of the Connected Care program.
That’s great! Please contact our support team so we can reach out.
4. I don't have a QR code in my footer. How can I add it?
Most likely you're using your own customized footer. Just message the support team and we'll help add it in.
5. I don’t want to endorse any facility. Is that okay?
No problem! Simply toggle Suggested Labs off before sending the lab request.
