How it Works: When you issue a lab request through SeriousMD, ensure the generated request includes the QR code. (Sample below)

Patients simply have to present the QR code from their lab request at a participating Fullerton Health branch. Once the QR code is scanned, they will automatically earn points.

Your Role as the Doctor:

Issue Lab Requests: Issue lab requests to your patients using your SMD account.
Confirm QR Code Inclusion: Ensure the QR code is included on the request. The QR code is the key to linking the lab request to their NowServing account and awarding points.

Increased Patient Engagement: Patients are more motivated to complete lab tests when they are rewarded.
Enhanced Adherence: This program can help improve patient follow-through on care plans you create.
