By issuing lab requests with QR codes in your SeriousMD account, your patients can easily complete their tests at Ashrey Diagnostic and automatically earn points through the NowServing Connected Care Program.

Issue a Lab Request through SeriousMD. When you issue a lab request in your SeriousMD account, make sure that the generated request includes the QR code

Patient Presents the QR Code. Your patient simply presents the QR code from their lab request at any participating Ashrey Diagnostic branch.

Points Are Automatically Earned. Once the QR code is scanned at the lab, the system links the test to the patient’s NowServing account and awards points automatically.
