If there's no announcement, then there's no maintenance. If there's a critical issue that we need to patch, we will notify everybody.

The most likely issue is the internet connection. 

Try an alternative internet connection (like mobile data) just to see if it loads for that. If it does, then the current wifi network you are connected to is blocking it or is having issues.

To solve it, please reboot your wifi device and try again. It might work after that. If not, you might want to talk to your internet provider, usually those that control the internet in the hospital/clinic.
