Slowdowns are usually caused by the internet connection. We have staff monitoring the servers 24/7 to keep it at optimal speed.

If it's a hospital wifi, the IT department might be messing with configurations. This is a fairly common thing as they can just change something with the firewall or just change their redirects. Check out other sites to verify this and give the IT department of your hospital a call. From our experience, IT departments are very responsive and can fix issues like this within half an hour.
If your connection is a mobile wifi, then perhaps try to restart the device to disconnect/reconnect the internet.
If you have the router in your clinic, just try turning off the router to disconnect the internet and unplug for 10+ seconds. Turn it on again and in most cases, that's enough to solve the issue.
