How it works?
Step 1: To get started, you'll need to create an account with our partner bank, RBGI (Rural Bank of Guinobatan, Inc.) —you can easily set this up later!
Step 2: Once your account is verified and activated, patients can conveniently pay via QRPh using their bank or e-wallet.
These payments are directly deposited into your RBGI account, which you can easily track and access through the Asenso app.
Step 3: RBGI will transfer accumulated payments on a weekly basis to your primary bank account, every Sunday evening.
How to Setup an RBGI Account
To start with RBGI, you'll need to prepare:
A Valid ID:
Personal Information: TIN, SSS, GSIS, PhilSys
Identification: PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, GSIS, SSS, IBP
A photo of your signature
A selfie
After submitting your application, expect an email from an RBGI representative within 2-3 days to finalize your account creation.
Once verified, your account details will be visible on the bank integration tab of SeriousMD.

Once patients settle their consultation fees, you will receive your payouts instantly. The payment status will change to “Paid via SeriousMD Billing”, indicating a successful transaction.
You may track and access these payments conveniently through the Asenso app. For transfers from your RBGI account to another bank account, similar to our Sunday evening payout process, the funds will be reflected in your primary bank account of choice within 24-72 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is SeriousMD integrating with RBGI? RBGI is the only bank that is capable of such integration. We hope to add more commercial banks in the future to provide users with more variety.
Is creating a bank account with RBGI safe? Yes, it is! RBGI is registered with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Can we use another bank for integration? RBGI is the only bank that we have an integration with. However, we're definitely open to expanding this feature to other banks that are interested!
Does RBGI have a mobile bank app so I can track my payments? Yes, you may download the Asenso app.
What do I do if no one from RBGI contacts me? Kindly contact the SeriousMD support team so we may assist you in informing the RBGI team.
Will I receive my money immediately? Yes, payments will go directly to your RBGI bank account.
