Here are two methods on how to troubleshoot calendar syncing issues. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
OPTION 1
Step 1: Open Google Calendar, under My calendars, find SeriousMD. Then, Click the 'X' icon next to SeriousMD to unsubscribe and select Remove Calendar.
Step 2: On your SeriousMD Calendar tab, please click on the gear icon on the upper right hand of the screen.
Step 3: Click disconnect Google Calendar. Then, try to reconnect Google Calendar.
OPTION 2

Step 1: Go to your Google Account and go to 'Security'. Under 'Your connections to third-party apps and services,' search for SeriousMD and click the right arrow.
Step 2: Click on Delete all connection you have with SeriousMD, and confirm.
Step 3: On your Google Calendar, under My calendars, find SeriousMD. Then, Click the 'X' icon next to SeriousMD to unsubscribe and select Remove Calendar.
Step 4: On your SeriousMD account, go to Calendar and click the Gear icon. Then, disconnect your Google Calendar.
Step 5: Click on Connect Google Calendar and follow the prompts to complete the integration.

💡 Please note that this process will only sync future appointments and will not include any previous appointments.
Also, make sure that your appointments are pinned to calendar and include the specific time.
