When subscribing to SeriousMD, there are 3 main ways to do so:
1. Direct Payment
2. Paypal
Direct Payment
This is our recommended payment method. To pay, you may subscribe by going to Settings > Account Overview
Click Upgrade to Pro
Choose between Annual or Monthly Payment > Continue
Choose Debit/Credit Card
Input card details then click Upgrade Now
Subscribe via Paypal
Go to Settings > Account Overview > Upgrade to Pro > Paypal > Continue
You will then be redirected to the Paypal subscription page
Login to your Paypal account or Create an Account
If you don't have an account yet, enter your email address > Continue to Payment
Input your card details to complete payment
Subscribe via Apple
On your SeriousMD iOS app, simply go to Settings and tap "Upgrade" and follow the instructions from Apple.
We unfortunately have limited visibility when it comes to Apple transactions so if your Apple transaction goes through (Apple also emails you) but your SeriousMD app has not yet been upgraded, please restart your SeriousMD app and press the "Restore Purchase" button. This will force Apple to send a notification to our server just so our system would know that the upgrade has completed as their servers might sometimes miss doing so.
