At the upper right of your conversation window, please click on the ... icon and click Messenger Template

If you already have messages saved in the past, you can see them here. If you want to add your message templates, you can click the + button at the bottom.

You can also visit your Text Templates to edit/delete/save Message templates. Click here to jump to it.
