You can now arrange your notes the way you work. This is available to all doctors on the web version of SeriousMD.
Rearrange your notes
Drag and drop any note to change its order.
Pin notes
Pin the notes you use most so they stay at the top.
Create custom SOAP notes
You can create your own SOAP note templates and change their thumbnail so they're easy to spot.
What is a custom SOAP?
This is basically a SOAP note but with other notes automatically attached (like custom forms commonly used, etc)
Go to Settings > Templates > SOAP
Click the + button to create a new custom SOAP
Click Add Details to attach other sections so it's automatically added
You may change thumbnail for further customization
Custom Baby Book Soap Note for Pediatricians
If you're a pediatrician, you will also see a Baby Book SOAP note among your note options.
when you choose this, this will allow you to instantly see the patients vitals and the vaccine
