What is Dynamic QR vs. Standee (Static) QR?
The difference between dynamic and static QR codes lies in how they match transactions to patients.
Dynamic QR Code: This QR code is customized for each transaction. It includes details like the bill number and payment amount, which ensures an exact match to the patient’s account each time.
Standee (Static) QR Code: Also known as 'Standee QR Mode', this code is fixed and not customized per transaction. Payments are generally matched to the clinic, but the system attempts to identify the correct patient by matching the date, amount, last name, and clinic name. If any of these factors don’t align, the payment will require manual confirmation by the clinic staff.

Standee (Static) QR Mode:
Once you receive your Demo QR standee, you’re ready to start accepting payments in your clinic. Here’s how:
Step 1: After Consultation Completion: When a consultation is marked as completed, the patient simply scans the standee QR code to initiate payment.
Step 2: Entering Payment Amount: The patient enters the consultation fee amount before sending the payment.
Step 3: Payment Confirmation: If the payment account name matches the patient’s name, the Quick Bill pop-up on your dashboard will disappear, and a notification will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm payment.
Dynamic QR Mode
In addition to the standee, you can create a Quick Bill for each patient, which generates a dynamic QR code for that specific transaction.
Step 1: Add a patient to the Queue
Step 3: After the consultation, click the "..." beside the patient’s name and select "Completed."
Step 4: A Quick Bill pop-up will appear. Enter the consultation fee and click "Send Bill."
Step 5: Payment Options for the Patient:
On-Screen QR Code: Show the Quick Bill on your clinic monitor by selecting "Show Bill."
A dynamic QR code will display for the patient to scan and pay.
SMS Payment Link: The patient can also receive an SMS with a payment link, which directs them to a QR code page. They can take a screenshot of this code to complete the payment using their preferred banking or wallet app.
Step 6: Once the payment is complete, a "Paid" status will appear next to the patient’s name in the queue.
When to Use Static vs. Dynamic QR
Static QR (Standee):
Ideal for quick, easy scans by patients in the clinic.
The patient inputs the payment amount manually.
There may be occasional manual matching required if the system doesn’t automatically recognize the payer.
Dynamic QR (Quick Bill):
Best for precise matching, as each QR code is unique to the specific transaction.
No need for the patient to enter the amount—it's pre-filled for each Quick Bill.
This option may require turning the screen to the patient but guarantees an exact match each time.
