How to use Bank Integration in your SeriousMD workflow

Once your Asenso bank is integrated, it’s a total delight to see it automatically showing and matching your transactions right on your SeriousMD!

Here’s the general workflow:


Step 1: Once a consultation has been completed, just click COMPLETED.

Step 2: A Quick Bill screen will show up. Just type in the amount you want to send to the patient and click SEND BILL

Step 3: And that’s it! Patients can now pay either via the payment link on their phone (link article 10), or via the QR Standee (link article 10). Once payment is received, the system will automatically update the patient status to show that payment is made.
