Sign up and try a new way to receive payments from patients through SeriousMD

With the Bank Integration feature, this allows patients to pay directly to your account with RBGI through SeriousMD. This integration aims to provide a seamless payment experience for our users, enhancing the overall service quality and convenience.

What is RBGI?

  • RBGI, or the Rural Bank of Guinobatan, Inc., operates the Asenso mobile app, which is our partner bank for the bank integration feature.

How to start with Bank Integration

Step 1: Start by accessing the bank integration settings.

  • Go to Settings > Account Settings > Bank Integration

  • Click on "Let’s Set It Up."

Step 2: Get your Integration code.

  • Click the "Here" on step #1

  • Click I AGREE

  • And that’s it! You may now paste this code into your Asenso Mobile Application for Banking Integration.

Step 4: Create an account on Asenso Mobile Application

Note:

  1. After signing up, the bank will call you within 24-48 hours. If you haven’t heard from the bank for longer than that, please message us on intercom and we’ll get it sorted out.

  2. Was your application rejected? The most common reason we’ve seen is due to the name on the application not matching the name on the ID. Try submitting another application. If the issue persists, kindly contact us and we’ll help you sort this out.

Step 3: Connect SeriousMD to your bank account

  • Click Settings, then Automation Integration

  • Select Savings Account, enter Integration Code, and then Activate


  • You’re done! Now you can go back to SeriousMD and start using the bank integration right away. Remember to print your QR standees!

  1. Why is SeriousMD integrating with RBGI?

    RBGI is the only bank that is capable of such integration. We hope to add more commercial banks in the future to provide users with more variety.

  2. Is creating a bank account with RBGI safe?

    Yes, it is! RBGI is registered with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

  3. Can we use another bank for integration?

    RBGI is the only bank that we have an integration with. However, we're definitely open to expanding this feature to other banks that are interested!

  4. Does RBGI have a mobile bank app so I can track my payments?

    Yes, you may download the Asenso app.

  5. What do I do if no one from RBGI contacts me?

    Kindly contact the SeriousMD support team so we may assist you in informing the RBGI team.
