You will need to create a bank account on Asenso before using the bank integration feature.
Troubleshooting tip:
After signing up, the bank will call you within 24-48 hours. If you haven’t heard from the bank for longer than that, please message us on intercom and we’ll get it sorted out.
Was your application rejected? The most common reason we’ve seen is due to the name on the application not matching the name on the ID. Try submitting another application. If the issue persists, kindly contact us and we’ll help you sort this out.
