🚀 Quick Bill Now Applies HMO Claim Rates Automatically

Previously, only Full Billing could apply HMO claim rates to your HMO Bills. Now, Quick Bill can automatically apply them too, based on your default catalog item.

✅ Set up your HMO Default Preset

Use a default preset to automatically apply claim rates when creating HMO bills with Quick Bill.

  1. Go to your Settings page and tap General Settings under Billing.

  2. Under Quick Bill HMO, toggle on HMO Default Preset

  3. Select the item you want as the default, and Press Save.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only favorited items appear in the dropdown list. To select your favorites, Go to Billing -> Catalog -> Then press the ⭐ to mark an item your favorite

📃 Set up your HMO Claim Rates

If the default preset you selected doesn’t have claim rates applied, you can set them up here in Billing Settings.

  1. Press Edit

  2. Find the HMO and enter your Claimable Amount (you can also enter the Patient’s Copay and the HMO/RVS Code)

  3. Press Save

Already have it set up? Great! ✨

You will see the previously set up rates under your selected item. You can still edit or update the rates anytime from the Billing Settings or Catalog
