Need to bill an HMO payment quickly? This is the fastest way to do it right after a consultation.
Mark the consultation as Complete.
In the Quick Bill modal, choose HMO as the payment type.
Select the HMO provider from the list—and you’re done! 🎉
📋 Confirm your LOA Details
Make sure your LOA (Letter of Authorization) details are filled in correctly so everything matches up.
⚠️ Heads up: Double-check that the Patient Name and LOA Statement Date are exactly the same across the board.
🧠 Common Scenarios You Might Encounter
The Patient Name is Different
Sometimes, the patient’s profile might have a typo or a name that doesn't match the LOA (e.g., nickname vs. full name).
✅ You can easily edit the Patient’s Name in the form. Just confirm if the details match the information on the LOA document.
The LOA Statement Date is Different
Maybe the consultation happened a few days before or after the official LOA date.
✅ Just make sure the date on file matches the LOA document—even if it’s different from the consult date.
You Want to Attach the LOA Document
Great move! Uploading the LOA file makes verification faster and smoother.
✅ Attach the LOA under the LOA Detail Confirmation form—especially useful if there are name or date mismatches.
