If the patient pays in person (e.g., cash, bank transfer), you can easily settle the bill through the Manual Settlement process.
Just Select the Payment Method your patient used.
Click Confirm to settle and log the payment!
Accidentally click out? Just Press “...” and click Show Bill to display the Bill once again
📲 Patient Pays via QRPH
If your patient wants to pay using a bank app or e-wallet, QRPH makes it fast and seamless. No need to enter details or ask for proof of payment—just scan and go!
Important: SeriousMD auto-confirms and logs the payment—no screenshots needed!
🔗 Patient Pays Remotely
For patients who prefer to pay remotely, you can easily send them a Payment Link for quick and secure payment.
Tap Payment Link to generate the link and QR code
Patient can scan or open the link manually
