How do I pay for my consultation?

This article covers the payment options available and how to settle your bill.

1. Wait for an SMS and/or email from SeriousMD regarding your bill.

The SMS would look like this with a link at the end.

To proceed, just tap the link.

Inside the Now Serving app, you will also receive a notification from your doctor regarding your bill. Just go to your INBOX and tap the link to see the payment details.

2. You will be directed to a page where you can choose your payment method.

3. Paying through credit/debit card or Paymaya.

If you wish to pay using your credit/debit card or Paymaya, just click on the corresponding option.

Another page will open where you can fill-in the necessary details for your transaction with the payment details beside it.

Important Note: Payments made to your doctor are coursed through Leapfroggr Inc. as it stands as your doctor's payment processor.

4. Paying through GCash

If you wish to pay using your Gcash, just click on the corresponding option.

Click on your preferred payment method.

*** For GCash payments, you will need to log-in to your GCash account first.

Then enter the AUTHENTICATION CODE sent to the number you provided.

After that, you need to enter your 4 - digit MPIN and click next.

Click CONFIRM AND PAY to settle your bill.

Important Note: Payments made to your doctor are coursed through Leapfroggr Inc. as it stands as your doctor's payment processor.

5. Paying through Bank Transfer & Other remittances

If you wish to pay through bank transfer or other remittances, just click on the corresponding option.

The Dragonpay payment page will appear.

Just choose the source of payment and follow the instructions.

Then check the Terms and Conditions and click Select.

Online banking and Over the counter payments will have an extra step that will be used for verification. Please check their instructions for Step 2
