After downloading Anydesk and installing it to your computer, please run it.

You should see a red area on the left side of the screen. Click Configure

Click Open System Preferences

You will need to check AnyDesk here.

If it's locked, click the lock icon at the bottom left

Check AnyDesk

Go back to Anydesk, copy the ID and send it to support.

Once support has connected, a popup will show on your end. Just allow it so we can connect to your computer.
