Anydesk is a program we use to help access your device remotely to help you with issues that you're experiencing.
After downloading Anydesk and installing it to your computer, please run it.
You should see a red area on the left side of the screen. Click Configure
Click Open System Preferences
You will need to check AnyDesk here.
If it's locked, click the lock icon at the bottom left
Go back to Anydesk, copy the ID and send it to support.
Once support has connected, a popup will show on your end. Just allow it so we can connect to your computer.
