Once you get an SMS, email or push notification about the new booking, here's what you need to do to respond to the booking request.

Step 1: Open your Appointment Requests page

You can find the button on the dashboard



or on the appointments/queue page :)



Step 2: Then click the button to accept/reschedule/decline

Click Create New Record if it's a new patient.

Step 3: Save the appointment in your calendar/queue by adding the time and clicking Save

This would now send a notification to the patient that you have accepted the booking and for the schedule.

If you're not logging in everyday, be sure to keep note of the schedule so you don't miss it.
