The consumer SeriousMD account is designed for a single doctor use with multiple staff. 

  • If you share the same secretary, then you can both invite the same secretary. The secretary will only need to login using 1 account but she will be able to switch securely between you and the other doctor.
  • If you want to share patient lists, we cannot allow that by default as we have to follow security and privacy standards. Instead, we recommend that you use the "refer" feature in order to send the patient profile to the other doctor.

Our business account allows you to create multiple doctor accounts for each of doctor in the clinic.
