How to add a sub-account for my cover/reliever?

To create their account, here’s what you need to do in a few simple steps:

  1. You'll see the "Security" section like the image below.

  2. Click on "Sub-Users

  3. There's an “Add User" button at the top right, just click on that and a popup will appear. Just enter your doctor's email and select the Clinic Doctor role.

He/she will receive an email from SeriousMD with a button. Just click on that and enter their name and password. We require the email because it’s an extra layer of protection to secure their account.

That's it! There's also an Activity Tracker just in case you want to track what has been done inside the app. 😊

**Sub-accounts can only login using the web app at this time.

***If the covering doctor already has a SeriousMD account, he/she will see a unique switching feature on the dashboard in-order to switch between your account and his personal account easily. This keeps your patient databases separated.
