Setting Up Appointment Confirmations and Reminders
Go to Settings > Notifications
Enable Appointment Confirmation
Set the SMS reminder to be sent 24 hours before your clinic start time.
If your clinic starts at 10:00 AM, the confirmation message will be sent at 10:00 AM the day before.
3. Turn on Patient Appointment Reminders
Set this to 48 hours before the appointment.
If your clinic starts at 10:00 AM on a Friday, the reminder will be sent at 10:00 AM on Wednesday.
