There are a few possible reasons why you're not searchable/visible on the NowServing app. Let’s walk through the most common ones and how to resolve them:

Clinic Settings Are Not Set to Visible

If your clinics aren’t set to be visible on NowServing, patients won’t be able to find you when searching. To ensure your profile is accessible, you can easily check or update your settings:

Step 1: Go to Clinics > Edit

Step 2: For Physical Clinics, ensure that:

  • Display clinic on your NowServing Profile is set to Yes.

  • Enable booking of consultations through NowServing is set to Yes.

For Online Clinics, ensure that:

  • Display clinic on your NowServing Profile is set to Yes.

PRC ID is Not Validated

For your profile to be visible, your PRC ID needs to be validated.

Don’t worry—it usually only takes 24 hours. If it’s the weekend or a holiday, it may take up to 48 hours.

How to Upload Your PRC ID:

Upload your most updated PRC ID

Choose the appropriate License Type, input your license number then Save.

Specialty Credentials Not Uploaded

While adding a specialty is a great start, it's important to also upload proof of your expertise to be visible in that category. This helps ensure that patients can trust they're scheduling an appointment with a verified specialist depending on their needs.

How to Update Specialty Credentials

  1. Go to the Specialty tab in your profile.

  2. Add your Main Specialty and Subspecialty.

  3. Upload a valid certificate or proof of your specialty under Certifications

Note: While your PRC license is important, we kindly ask for additional certifications to help fully verify your specialty.

This ensures that when patients search for a doctor under a specific specialty, they can trust they’re in the hands of an expert.

Profile Temporarily Hidden Due to Inactivity

If your profile has been inactive or you’ve consistently declined or missed appointment requests, your profile may be temporarily hidden from NowServing searches. You'll see a banner informing you that your profile is delisted.

To find out why and learn how to get relisted on NowServing, do reach out to our support team.
