Complete Your NowServing Profile: Essential Tips for Doctors

Your NowServing profile—also known as your booking page—is how patients learn everything about you: your specialty, the services you offer, how they can consult with you, and your credentials. It's essential to keep your profile complete, accurate, and updated. Here's how:

Upload a clear image of yourself as your profile photo

Patients are more likely to click on profiles with a professional photo, so make sure yours stands out.

From the dashboard, click on the Edit icon then upload an image from your device

You may also go to My Profile > Personal

Add your Society Badges

Society badges are like the trophies of your professional journey. By displaying these, you can enhance patient trust and highlight your qualifications.

Step 1: Go to My Profile > Profile Badges

Step 2: Click Add a Society Badge

Step 3: Indicate the name of the society you are affiliated with, and your designation, and make sure to upload the proof of membership (preferably a certificate)

Step 4: Check the status by clicking See Latest Status

Step 5: Once approved, you will receive a pop-up notification

Add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Help patients get answers to common questions about your services, such as HMO acceptance, session length, and additional fees for certificates.

Step 1: Go to My Profile > FAQs

Step 2: Click Add Questions and select from the available options, or type your own.

Add a Public Profile Announcement

Keep your patients informed about important updates, like changes in clinic schedules or new policies.

Step 1: Go to My Profile > Public Profile Announcement.

Step 2: Edit your announcement, then click Submit.

Update Your Clinic Schedule

Ensure your clinic schedule is always up to date

Step 1: Go to Clinics to add or edit a clinic
Step 2: Make sure to update your clinic schedule then Save
