Health Metrics Inc. is a maritime clinic with locations in Pasay, Iloilo, and Makati. Health Metrics has been in the industry for 16 years, specializing in pre-employment medical examinations of seafarers. Health Metrics will be dedicating a private room in their clinics to serve as an area where their patients can book an appointment with the specialist doctors included in the program.

Through this program, HealthMetrics can direct their seafarer patients to your services. Patients will be charged a set fee of Php 1,200. You will be compensated with Php 1,000, with the remaining Php 200 allocated to cover the referral fee and associated costs.

HealthMetrics operates on weekdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 nn. We advise to synchronize your availability and booking schedule for this program to facilitate the acceptance of their patients.

It's super simple!

STEP 1: Go to the Programs tab and look for the "Seafarer Patient Referral Program" and click "Enroll"

You'll be forwarded to a different page with the terms and conditions of applying to the program...

STEP 2: don't forget to click enroll...

STEP 3: ...and then accept

STEP 4: Once done, you can "VIEW PRORAM DETAILS"...

STEP 5:...and set up your availability

STEP 6 : finally, add your schedule.

You can customize your schedule when you'll be able to take in these referrals or you have the option to "COPY ONLINE CLINIC SCHEDULE" don'r forget to click "save" and you're all set 👍

Step 1: You will receive a Consultation Request indicating that the patient is part of HealthMetrics.

Step 2: You have the option to accept, message, etc.

Step 3: Once accepted, request will show up in your queue.

Step 4: Under patient's notes, chief complaint will usually be patient requesting a Medical Certificate with the impression, treatment plan, prognosis and monitoring.

Step 5: Once done, it will show up as usual.
