Have something planned for the day?

Block all bookings for that date by adding a Day Off.

Click the + button and click Add Day Off

For iOS users, you may go to Calendar > Click + icon on the left side > Create Day Off

This can be a range of days. Your online booking page will not accept bookings for those dates.
