What is FreeStyle Libre?
It consists of a handheld reader and a glucose sensor worn on your patient's arm, working together as a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system. This system offers a more comprehensive understanding of their glucose levels compared to traditional blood glucose monitoring (BGM).

Step 2: Once approved, you will be notified by the system.
Step 3: Create a prescription and search for Freestyle Libre.
You should now see the available redemption codes.
It's the same way as you normally prescribe inside SeriousMD but you now have an option to attach a redemption code to give to your patient when you send the e-prescription.
Once you click the redemption code at the bottom, it will attach itself to the prescription.

Once attached, click Send to Patient
How can patients claim their MyFreeStyle Libre Sensor?
Your patient will receive an SMS message:
"Dr sent a prescription with sample RESERVED for you. Claim at https://hi.nowserving.ph/1b0tr"
They will also receive a push notification if they already have the NowServing app installed.
Once they log in to their account, they can see the prescription under Messages.
Patient needs to click Sign Up & Avail of First Sensor
Once they finish, they'll receive an SMS that they completed the sign-up process.
"Thank you for signing up. Our diabetes educators will call you to explain more details about the MyFreeStyle Program"
Patients that Qualify to the MyFreestyle Program:
Your patient needs to purchase a FreeStyle Libre reader and present proof of purchase. The receipt is valid from the day they signed up for the program. Once validated, the free sensor is shipped to their address for free!

Our diabetes educators will invite them to a virtual tutorial session where they will share the details of FreeStyle Libre and assist them in setting up the reader and applying the sensor.
