If your doctor or doctor's secretary tells you to download the Now Serving app from the app store, you'll end up on the front page of the Now Serving app asking for your mobile number. Just enter your mobile number to register.

Enter the OTP that will be sent to the mobile number you used to register.

After signing in, go to the Doctors tab and click the Find a Doctor on the upper right side.

Once you find the booking page of your doctor, just submit an appointment request.

That's it! You now have a pending booking request.

Once your doctor or doctor's secretary approves the appointment request, the system would send you a link automatically via SMS and/or Email.

Tap the link and you'll be logged into the Now Serving app where you can see the date of the consult and the time to expect the call from the doctor.
