There are several possible reasons:
You are most likely downloading from scratch on a newly installed app.
You might also be uploading a lot of images.
Your internet connection is not stable (sure, the speed is "high" but the connection is getting disconnected which is fairly common on mobile data) - please reboot your wifi or turn off/on your cellular data.
