Can my patients see their feedback or my ratings?
No. Patient Feedback is private to your account. Patients don't see their own submitted feedback in their profile, and they can't see other patients' feedback either.
Is this shown on my public NowServing profile?
No. Ratings and comments here are not displayed publicly and don't appear on your doctor profile or in search results.
Can other doctors or clinic staff see my feedback?
No. Only you, signed into your own account, can view your Patient Feedback.
