How to Export your Patient List or Patient Reviews

Exporting lets you keep your patient list or reviews outside of SeriousMD, whether for outreach, record-keeping, or your own reference.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Account Settings > Export Requests

You can also click this link directly: https://seriousmd.com/doctor/app/settings/account/export

Step 2: Choose the type of request

You'll see three options:

  • Patient Reviews (new)

Step 3: For Patient Reviews, select a date range

You may select a date range of up to the last 3 months per request.

Step 4: Submit your request

The status will show as Pending while we prepare the file.

Reports are generated at 10PM daily:

  • Submit during the day β†’ ready by 10PM that same day.

  • Submit after 10PM β†’ ready by 10PM the next day.

Step 5: Download your file

Once the status changes, click Download. You'll receive a .csv file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
