Sending an invite lets your patient view their records (prescriptions, appointment, messages) directly in the NowServing app.
Step 1: Open the patient's profile in SeriousMD
Step 2: Check their mobile number is correct
Step 3: Tap Patient → More → Send NowServing Invite Code
That's it. Your patient receives an SMS or WhatsApp with a link and a code. When they redeem it, their records are linked automatically.
The code is valid for 30 days. If it expires before they use it, resend from the same menu.
