What does my secretary need to have in order to use the app?

What would I need in the clinic for my secretary?

Can my secretary edit the SOAP (take or add or place the photo) even if she's using the secretary profile?

All my secretaries' are unable to login into the iOS (iPhone iPad) app on mobile devices. They are only able to login on desktop.
