Doctor Reminder notifications are based on the schedules you saved in your clinic settings.

The system would send you an SMS 30 minutes before your schedule starts to let you know how many patients you have in the queue.

For example:

If you had your Virtual Clinic schedule set to start at 10am each Friday, you will receive an SMS at 9:30am telling you how many patients you have in the queue.

It is based completely on your saved clinic schedule.

To turn it on:

  • Go to Notification Settings

  • Turn on Doctor Notification

  • You can also click the Gear icon to turn on the reminder for the specific clinic

Note: This reminder notification uses your SMS credits. The only time the SMS credits are used is for Reminders and for manually send messages to patients.
