Step 1: When creating a prescription or other notes, click "Print Format" then pick the "E-Signature" in the footer field.

Step 2: On the popup, just select "Microsoft Print to PDF"
We suggest clicking more settings to pick A5 as paper size if you want the traditional prescription size.

Step 3: Press Print and it will ask you where to save it.
