You can now show your BIR Registration Seal on your SeriousMD and NowServing profile. It appears in its own "BIR Registration" card below your FAQ, on the web and in the NowServing app. Patients can scan the QR code on the seal to check your registration on the BIR website.
What you need
The last page of your BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303) has the seal: a shield, a number and a QR code. A screenshot of the PDF works best. A clear photo or scan works too.
Don't see a seal on your copy? Download the latest copy of your Certificate of Registration from ORUS.
How to add it
Step 1: On SeriousMD web, go to My Profile, then BIR Registration Seal.
Step 2: Upload your image. JPG or PNG, under 20 MB.
Step 3: Crop to the seal. Keep the shield, the number and the QR code. Leave out the "BIR Registration Seal Badge" label and the text around it.
Step 4: Submit. Our team reviews it before it shows on your profile. We'll notify you either way.
If your seal isn't accepted
The notification will say why. Most common reasons:
The QR code doesn't open your registration. Log in to ORUS, open your Profile and click Synchronize, then download your Certificate of Registration again and upload the seal from the new copy.
The image is blurry. A screenshot of the PDF from ORUS is usually sharper than a photo of a printout.
Good to know
You only do this once. If you get a new Certificate of Registration later, replace the seal from the same page.
Registered under your clinic? A seal under your clinic's or corporation's name works too.
