You can now set your patient's reason for visit in the queue. 

By default, you will see 5 options, which are:

  • New Consult

  • Follow Up

  • Second Opinion

  • Pre-employment

  • Annual Physical Exam

You can make your own personalized set and even put assign specific time ranges for each.

Here's how:

  • Go to Settings

  • Go to Preferences (or just click here)

  • Scroll down until you see "Reason for Visit"

  • Hit the Add button and add your reason for visit

  • Add the duration (in minutes) - this is optional in the queue but if you choose to use it, it automatically counts the estimated time-range.

  • Pick a color and save

  • You can even drag up or down to re-organize the order and be sure to hit Save
