It's easy to activate Menstrual History, Sexual History and Obstetric History.
Here's what you need to do:
Just go to your patient's profile.
Tap on the Patient Profile tab.
Tap on the Edit Patient Profile button.
Turn on the toggles for what you want to use. You should see Menstrual History, Sexual History and Obstetric History there and you can reorder them as you need.
