iPad/iPhone app status bar is acting weird and won't sync data to other devices

- Option 1: Check if your internet actually has internet.
- Option 2: In many cases, the wifi device (router) might just need a quick restart.
- Option 3: Your iOS device came from sleep mode so the app will need 15-30 seconds to connect on it's own. If you can't wait, double tap the home button and swipe up to close it. Open SeriousMD again.
- Option 4: You did not update to the latest version yet.
- Option 5: Take a screenshot of your screen and send it to support for troubleshooting.
