To create their account, here’s what you need to do in a few simple steps:
- Click here (or go to Settings > Security > Sub-Users on the web app)
- There's an “+" button at the top right, just click on that and a popup will appear. Just enter your secretary’s email and select the role. Click INVITE
Note: we usually recommend using an email address that you control, perhaps an email created for the clinic.
Your staff will receive an email from SeriousMD with a button.
You or your staff will just need to CLICK on that button. (If not, there's no way for the system to know that you are connected)
It will then open a page. Enter the name and password.
There's also an Activity Tracker just in case you want to track what all your staff has done inside the app. 😊
If you want to edit what your secretary can or cannot access, just click on "Permissions”.
Your secretary can login using any browser but we highly recommend Chrome.

- Enable Allow iOS Login then Save
