That message basically means that the Android device is running Google Data Saver so your network has blocked it from accessing certain sites. 

Try the following steps: (Depending on your Android version, you might see some slight differences in the steps)

  1. Tap the Settings app (of Android)
  2. Tap Data usage 
  3. Tap Data Saver
  4. Ensure that the setting is toggled OFF. (Slider will need to be gray and slid to the left)

OR

  1. Settings app (of Android)
  2. Network and Internet
  3. Data Usage
  4. Data Saver toggle it to OFF

OR

  1. Tap the Settings app
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap Data Usage
  4. Tap Data Saver
  5. Ensure that the setting is toggled OFF

Once turned off, open chrome again, then go to seriousmd.com/doctor to login.
