To create their account, here’s what you need to do in a few simple steps:

  2. You'll see the "Security" section like the image below.
  3. Click on "Sub-Users
  4. There's an “Add User" button at the top right, just click on that and a popup will appear. Just enter your secretary’s email and select the role.

Your staff will receive an email from SeriousMD with a button. They just click on that and enter their name and password. We require the email because it’s an extra layer of protection to secure their account.

That's it! There's also an Activity Tracker just in case you want to track what all your staff has done inside the app. 😊

If you want to edit what your secretary can or cannot access, just click on "Role Management”.

Your secretary can login using any browser but we highly recommend Chrome.
