To create their account, here’s what you need to do in a few simple steps:
Click here (or go to Settings > Security > Sub-Users on the web app)
There's an “+" button at the top right, just click on that and a popup will appear. Just enter your secretary’s email and select the role. Click INVITE
Note: we usually recommend using an email address that you control, perhaps an email created for the clinic.
Your staff will receive an email from SeriousMD with a button.
You or your staff will just need to CLICK on that button. (If not, there's no way for the system to know that you are connected)
It will then open a page.
Enter the secretary's name and password that will be used for this sub user account.
That's it!

If you want to edit what your secretary can or cannot access, just click on "Permissions”.
Your secretary can login using any browser but we highly recommend Chrome.
