In case your doctor needs you to send any files such as lab test results or images, you may do the following:
Step 1:
Log in to your NowServing account and go to Messages
Step 2:
Look for the doctor that you will send the file/s to
Step 3:
Click on the file icon at the lower left portion of the screen to attach the file
Step 4:
Choose from which source your file can be located in your device for sending
Note: Files to be sent cannot be bigger than 10MB
Step 5:
Attach chosen file then click send icon
Step 6:
File will now appear in your chat with your doctor and you're done!
