If a doctor accepts Medicard, you will be able to see it on the doctor's booking page.

Select Yes for "Are you using HMO for this consultation" (If it's not visible, the your doctor doesn't want to accept at the moment)

Select MediCard on the dropdown list.

At the end of the booking process, you will be asked about your Member ID, LOA Code and the eLOA file. You will also be shown extra instructions if your doctor added some more instructions.

Fill it up and upload the file and click Book Appointment to finish

Notes: The Member ID is your ID assigned to you by MediCard. You can contact MediCard to request for the LOA via the Mace app or their hotline (02) 8841-8080

You will be provided an LOA and an OTP. You will need to provide the OTP to your doctor as proof of the consultation.

LOA requests will be integrated to the NowServing app soon.
