This will depend on the device you are using and how you get the image.
Scenario 1: If the scanned image is taken from a camera
Just transfer the image to your iPhone/iPad/Computer. Upload it to SeriousMD. Transferring can be done via Airdrop, bluetooth, USB, wired transfer, etc.
Scenario 2: If the scanned image is taken from email
Just save the image to your iPhone/iPad/Computer. Upload it directly to SeriousMD.
Scenario 3: If the scanned image is taken from the scanner
Scanners can send the image directly to the computer. Some scanners can transfer to their companion app so you can save it to your phone. Some scanners can even email you the image. Just upload the images directly to SeriousMD.
Scenario 4: If the scanned image is taken from a messaging app
Got an image from FB Messenger, Viber, etc.? Just save the image to your iPhone/iPad/Computer. Open the patient's profile and upload it directly.
Scenario 5: If the scanned image is taken from a CD/USB Drive
Just save the image to your Computer. Upload it directly to SeriousMD. You can even transfer the photo from your computer to your iPhone/iPad and upload it to your SeriousMD app from there.
Scenario 6: Your patient sent you an image during your virtual consultation
You can find it in the Virtual Sessions tab of the patient's profile.
Once there, open your chat logs and you will notice that there's a + button on the image/file thumbnail. Click that to add to the patient's profile.
