Why can't I see the data I have in my other iPad?

Your sync is not completing mainly because of something that's interrupting the internet connection.

The most likely culprit is the iPad/iPhone going into sleep mode.

Sometimes, your device might have a lot more data to sync than usual so it will take longer. 

To remedy this, please do the following (iOS11)

  • Go to “Settings”

  • Tap "Display & Brightness"

  • "Auto lock"

  • Select "Never" or at the least, set to 15 Minutes

For iOS 9 and 10:

  • Go to “Settings”

  • Tap "General"

  • "Auto lock"

  • Select "Never" or at the least, set to 15 Minutes

That will stop the device from sleeping so your device can complete syncing.

If syncing is stuck, try closing the app by tapping the home button twice and swiping up. Then open SeriousMD again.

Do not, by any means, delete the SeriousMD app.
