• Head on over to the Web's Settings area
  • Side note: Make sure you have enough SMS credits if you want to send a bulk message. (Notifications > you can your check credits there) - you can purchase here.
  • Go to the Messenger section > go to "Announcements"
  • Click the "Add Announcement" button

STEP 1: Create your Message

  • Enter your message (Do not to put an "@" symbol in the message.)
  • Select SMS (Currently, if you want to use Mass Emailing, please let the Support team know about your message and we'll handle it for you. )
  • Click Next

Again, if you want to use the E-mail option, please contact support instead. We'll handle it for you. The email option in the popup was just for testing (this is a beta feature) and will not yet send out. Please DO NOT enable it.

STEP 2: Pick your Patients

  • Add the patients you want to send the message to
  • Click Next

STEP 3: Preview (Just to check)

  • Click "SAVE AND CLOSE" (Important. There's an existing bug that won't save your message so you need to Save first.)

STEP 4: Verify that It Saved

  • You should now see your saved message. Click the Gear icon.

STEP 5: Send your Message

  • Click Next
  • Once you're on the preview popup, click "SAVE AND SEND"


It will now start sending out.

  • Please drop a message to the Support team. They will check and monitor your send outs.
  • IF You see an error, it means the network is congested. Leave it for a while but do let the support team know if you are sending out a text blast, so it can be monitored.
