As you know, SeriousMD has an automated reminder system for your patients so it is important to properly handle it inside the app. That way, they wouldn’t be notified of their appointment, even though they already asked to cancel/reschedule ahead of time. 

  1. Go to the queue where your patient is scheduled.
  2. Click the patient’s name
  3. Select Remove Appointment

Using the Remove Appointment button completely removes that appointment on that queue for that date.

If you want to reschedule the appointment, simply click Cancel Appointment and you will be given an option to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
