There are different possible reasons for it.

  • Possibility #1: The internet got disconnected and did not fully load the page

Just hit the refresh button to reload the SeriousMD web app

  • Possibility #2: Your browser was left open and your computer was left unused for a long time

Hit the refresh button and it will ask you to log back in.

  • Possibility #3: Your browser was left open and you closed the lid of your Macbook / laptop. 

Hit the refresh button and it will ask you to log back in.

Sometimes, logging out and logging back in solves this. You can also close the browser and just open it again.

We have security measures in place to safe guard your data, so this is normal and not related to downtime.
